Is SAP's tap running dry?

Has SAP lost its edge?: Who cares? SAP bites anyway.

SAP has got to be the MOST user UNfriendly software package I have everhad the misfortune to use. It does not even follow even the most basic Windows conventions like copy and paste. The SAP user interface is cluttered and clunky to use, commands are referenced by cryptic shortcuts like MM03, CV42, C3P0 instead of a menu structure.
