Yeah, worrying about supporting Microsoft's JVM is a pain, and so is dealing with people calling Java "slow," even though Sun's JVM has made incredible progresss in this area. It's because people are still using the ancient, outdated, slow Microsoft JVM sad.

Until people stop using Microsoft's JVM, we're forced to cope with badly outdated technology sad.
