Typical
Why so Loverock? Had Novell not purchased SuSe they'd have had reduced standing to fight their case with the SCO Group (SCOx). The result would have been a loos of all of their UNIX property and, should they fail to support IBM against SCOx; a possible need to pay SCOx.

You say that like its bad. I'd love to see this linux companies pay out.

Now to the typical linux fanboyism that you post. Instead of acknowleding the fact that linux is nothing but trouble you try to shift the blame and subject over to BSD hoping we'd forget the woes of linux. Its not going to happen. BSD already went to court. Look up your history. Plain and simple for you to read. I'm sure you'll be making up more excuses to deflect the linux issue.
