So, No Axe, you admit you're just blowing smoke?
---Unlike yourself, I am looking at what I see happening in the
real world and in that world Lindows is changing their name.
Win, lose, or draw, that is what is happening---

Ah, so temporarily making a name change in Europe to follow a
temporary injunction from a European court means that the US
Court is going to rule against them? Where do you draw this
conclusion from? Do you have any of these supposed "facts"
that point toward the US Court leaning in Microsoft's favor? All
I've seen are a series of decisions against Microsoft, with one
exception of a judge ruling that he had no control over foreign
courts. The facts don't seem to be stacking up in your favor.

---However when a complete newbie walks into Best Buy,
confussion is expected---

So you really think a newbie would confuse the words "Microsoft
Windows" and the words "Lindash OS". How stupid do you think
consumers are? Does that mean that Microsoft owns every
single word with the letter combination "ind"?

--- But little of that matters as it has little to do with MS
defending their trademark---

But it will enhance the joy felt when the courts declare that you
can't trademark a generic term. Enjoy.
