who's bias?
"Let's see, it's ok when everyone and their brother drags MS into court, but gawd forbid they use the courts themselves??? How dare they try to protect their trademark!!!"

- actually it's OK when the case has merit. It's ok, when you actually try and get the case heard and tried. what is not ok with this case is:
1- the trademark of a commonly used term
2- an attempt to create more legal costs than the other side can afford to fight in order to get them to give up. if the case did have merit, what's wrong with doing the suit, then using that ruling as prescedent in other countries?

At least MS has the money to fight for itself. Then again, you seem to be more on the might makes right of most legal issues.
