I'm upset by unfair bullying intimidation
--- How dare they try to protect their trademark!!---

I have no problems with MS taking Lindows to court to protect
what they feel is a violation of their trademark. I think they're
going to lose the case, however, as it is a generic word in
generic use long before MS started using it.

Regardless, the problem I have is that rather than letting a court
decide, MS has instead used their massive cash position to
attempt to sue Lindows out of business. They don't want a fair,
legal judgement, they're instead determined to bully Lindows
into giving them what they want, whether they're legally entitled
to it or not. It's kind of like the tactics used by Scientology.
Start a horde of lawsuits against anyone who says anything bad
about the religion, until that person is bankrupted by legal bills.
The actual suits don't really matter, and may even be
groundless. Just another case of someone with lots of money
being able to bully someone else into the poorhouse. And I do
object to that, and I don't think that's right. Let the court settle
the case. Where is all the faith you place in our legal system
when it comes to SCO and Eolas? Don't you feel that the court
should have the final word here, rather than MS's bank account?

---What I predicted several months ago, has come to pass.---

Perhaps, but not by the legal means you predicted. It came
about through extortion and bullying. Then again, since this
seems to be SOP for MS, perhaps you saw this coming.
