- Solaris is completely dead, destroyed by the scalable, secure and robust Windows Server 2003 platform. The only service I can see one offering around Sun is migration to Windows. Microsoft's brilliant move to settle with this non-innovator of a company was strictly done to damage the EU's anti-American/anti-capitalist stance. BillG is a true business visionary with an unmatched mixture of business savvy and programming genius.
