I am bemused!
Watching the hoo-hah over Gmail and privacy from afar (New Zealand) makes me wonder why Americans are so paranoid. If I am worried about the privacy issue, I don't subscribe - if I'm not, I do. Simple as that.
As for legislation, haven't your politicians got enough to do dealing with important issues like running the country?
