I agree also
If they give me the option, in plain language, to either accept or reject their software being loaded on my machine, then I say more power to them. If they just load the software without asking me or if they use confusing language, such as asking, giving the option of yes or no and when no is selected, again asking if you are sure and by twisting the words around where no means load the software and again asking if you happen to read what the box said instead of just selecting no where no again means yes, then they are wrong and should be banned.
