Adware maker challenges Utah anti-spyware law

... and other irrelevancies: Sure WhenU and similar sleeze-os have every right to spout their trash -- they just don't have the right to use resources they don't own to do the spouting. Like _my_ computers, bandwidth _I_ paid for, etc.
