Sure WhenU and similar sleeze-os have every right to spout their trash -- they just don't have the right to use resources they don't own to do the spouting. Like _my_ computers, bandwidth _I_ paid for, etc.

Spam, spyware, etc., are _not_ free speech issues, and I _really_ hope some court rules that way sometime soon.
