Sucks to be your boss
I've kept a Win2000 server running in my basement long after I completed my MCSE courses. Five years later, still runs, has never blue screened, only froze a couple times on the occasional crappy FOSS.

And I can't snag a sysadmin/netadmin job because why? Oh yeah, the economy in Ohio sucks as well, and employers want to hire young, inexperienced sheep.
