Bad motive
Sounds like your motivation is wrong. A license shouldn't be picked to attack someone but so that there is the best interoperability.

I hope Open-Source developers are not pre-dominantly trying to kill MS because if they are, then the movement will eventually die because the motivation will go away - either because Microsoft becomes a non-factor eventually (so why contribute) or because MS continues to succeed and despair sets in.
