Doing the impossible; article contradicts "expert".
Early in the article:

"According to a new poll, 86 percent of IT decision makers surveyed said their companies plan to implement Vista, though only 20 percent plan to do so in the next year."

Later in the article:

Research firm IDC said that Windows XP usage was at 10 percent after a year in release. But IDC analyst Al Gillen said in September, talking about Vista, that "for them to do 20 percent in the first 12 months of availability is almost impossible."

Apparently, the requisite number of potential buyers intend to do the impossible.
