I'll Agree ...
GOt a WINDOWS only customer running XP and a Corp Copy of Office 2000. They did not want / need Office 2003 .et-all.

Now, Office 2000 Outlook is crashing like crazy. The "Send error report" always sends back:
(Actual MESSAGE verbatium!!!)

"No Known fix for this problem. Perhaps you should buy the latest version of this product to see if this corrects the problem"

Today, we switched to Thunderbird/FireFox ...
