Novell lost my support for good. Its clear that once SCO could not win Novell on the legal front, MS decided to buy them out. How many companies in the past that have joined MS in deals like this, have eventually ended up disappearing from any business and giving MS rights to code is has no control over. Linux should be concerned as it gives MS access to code in should not have right over. Its going to be a painful and costly battle.
