All technology companies are in the same boat?

All technology companies are in the same boat. Most of the
settlements get less publicity then Microsoft.

disagree here. The other companies license software like this,
only MS tries to steal it. By all means, try to spin it anyway in
which you feel best. Just don't expect us to buy that load.
