Name one Open Source accounting application that you would trust to handle $10 million+ companies?

There is no such thing. When it comes to a company's finances and accounting regulatory compliance, Open Source isn't even in the picture......GnuCash doesn't count. That barely competes with Intuit's Quicken let alone handling accounting for a medium sized company.
