Increased productivity?

Let's see now, learn new menus, new short-cuts, break your fingers and your mind when you Alt or Ctrl something that used to work and takes you somewhere else now, a bunch of new eye candy that adds less than nothing to the document and a major hunt to find things that used to live on the menubar.

Fun, no. Productive, no.
