Please make it simple and cheaper
Why can't MS make things easier to the general public? While it seems to be a good idea to have many versions of its OS and Office for different people, there is no upgrade path from the basic to the so they called the "Ultimate" version. Can there be just a standard and a professional versions for people to choice? Everytime I recommend people getting the Standard, I have to worry they need the Professional at the later stage.

For those who ask me for the advices, they are those who have no idea what they need in a year or 2. Very difficult to provide them an answer that could be cost effective in the long run.
