I know things in big chain stores (e.g. Worst Buy, SlopUSA, Shircut Sh... you get the drift) aren't rosy either as I hear a lot of complaints (especially from Worst Buy's 'Dork Squad' division) from them, but as more and more small business who do know what they are doing are being driven out of business by the lower costs the big chains provide, consumers should remember they get what they pay for too as they gripe "I ain't payin' no $150 for this when it's $75 over there" and then "It took 4 weeks and the problem is still there and there's a new one and you want me to spend $150 more? Oh (sigh) very well..."
