Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're talking about a totally different product - BMC Patrol looks more like a service management system rather than a debugging tool to me.
Not to mention it's one of those stupid B2B sites that has no mention of the price of the products/services they sell. I'm not about to send all of my personal information to anybody if I have no idea how much it costs, or if individual licensing is available. It's a total waste of my time. I'm an individual, not a business.
And even as a business, I don't see wasting a lot of time trying to pry information out of another company. If I can't find the price on their website, I move on and find something else for my business.
