That was the ONE EULA feature that was the deal breaker. I was prepared to move to Debian as soon as XP EOL'd.

Now, I'm not so worried about price as much as that SAAS crap that Balmer wants to push on the market. Nbbody is asking for SAAS - granted it's a bigger income stream for M$ ... but if people wanted it outlook live would be a huge success - and it's a flop.
