At the end of the day, guess what... that code you wrote is all yours. It's all mine for that matter and I didn't even help them write it!

Sure, they're gonna make bank selling phones that uses that software, but guess what again... I can too! I can market a mobile device and use that code. It'll just so happen to be 100% compatible with Mot's cellphones and the code that they use. Isn't that nifty.

You still don't grasp the concept of open source. First thing you need to do is focus on the community and not your back pocket. Once you do that, your back pocket will handle itself.
