Smoking Two Multi Processor Multicore Servers Load Ballanced with Citrix
While watching the Itanic go down with SQL Server 2005 aboard, I am smoking on 2 X4200 2xAMD 2 core servers from Sun load balanced with Citrix. These ain't your dad's Microsoft OS machines. Ha Ha.

Bravo Foxtrot Delta, Microsoft management has already abandoned ship. MS SQL 2005 and with it all that is sharepoint could not even tread water in place for a year. This departure is really a Big Bucking Deal, BFD.

Here is what is going on, best I can tell.

Citrix will work up something with Microsoft Longhorn that is roughly equivalent to what I get today via SUN. On the 15th of this month (Office Live launch) we have yet another chance for Microsoft to offload corrupt and incompetent play-with-only-themselves Ivory Tower managment and officers. Then in 2007, Microsoft will finally rid itself of the video-evidence-doctoring Alchine, who really should be in jail for that. Alchine is to leave on Vista launch, probably a departure tied to remedies being implemented by Judge KK. One might hope for his departure on Vista For Business launch but that would be a gift. He was suppose to be out over a year ago.

Then some Microsoft officer or two will go down for stock option back dating just like 30 plus officers at other firms fingered by Microsoft's accounting firm Delotte and Toosh have done. Bill Gates and Ballmer could actually be forbidden from serving on a publically traided company or operating a charity. This is smoking stuff BFD.

Add to that the honerable death by merger for the Abramoff related crimes of the Gates family law and lobby firm, its removal from Washington State, and couple that with the likely Democratic take over of House and the perfect cleansing of Microsoft storm is at hand. The Governor will finally be able to negotiate trade without fear that Microsoft is going to blow it all away like the terrorist the company has been in the past.

And finally The SUN will be shining in Washington State. Senitors and Representatives from the state will take over the most influential commitees and the Clinton era Reno folks will deal with the current head of the American Bar Association, Bill Neukom - who in a real sence created the Microsoft Way and then through Abromoff exported that culture of corruption to the Republican Bush administration.

By the way, we have a very interisting race where a republican crime fighter is pitted against a Microsoft criminal. I have been surprized this republican hasn't made reference to the fact that Microsoft was found guilty of antitrust violations and in not doing the time taints all managers in .Net etc. Now swiftboat me like I was the ligitimate President of the United States or rather please take a breath, consider the source, I may not be wrong.
