Mass exodus continues...the reason? It's the
Well, besides the usual reasons (long hours, lots of stress, bad M$ PR)...there are a couple others.

1) Rampant dissatisfaction with the review and merit rating processes.

2) Stagnant stock prices - many execs thought they'd be reaping much larger benefits by now...which would counteract the other negatives from working at such a high-stress, under-the-scope company. But that has not materialized in several years, and they've all begun tiring of waiting it out. It seems the realization is that there is now a threshold where they would be better off cashing in their retirement package and getting into another position somewhere else where the stock has a better growth dynamic at the moment. Believe it - none of these guys are dumb fools - they know when to bail and take another ship to their destination.
