As a former agent, this is wrong. You still have to sub total. Does he advise his clients to leave that blank too?

I read this article quickly and perhaps I missed it, but what about the fact that you paid a tax in the other state? The simple and test-proven remedy... lower you state tax and most in-state consumers won't have to shop elsewhere. The over-zealous, highly paid executives making the decisions don't get it! But they want more public money to pay for THEIR stoopid projects and fund more things most state citizens won't benefit from... And they wonder why there was a civil war!
