So, MS should hope that there is a good company left to buy at the instant
they decide that the online app business is taking enough of their market? No reason to try and figure it all out ahead of time and make sure they have products ready that are compatible with existing products? Seems like a big risk to let Google figure it all out and have the best apps, the needed infrastructure rolled out, etc, and then try to buy a company or play catchup any way possible.
