Shouldn't that read 'it has over 43 million unwitting suckers active on its ad network'?

I mean, chances are that 42.99 million of those users would get rid of that crap if they only knew how.

Ban this business practice, before they start putting popup ad banners on the windshields of our cars, (rear view mirrors, too), as well as on our televisions, PhotoCD's, and on all of our Public Service Employees, too.
