Oracle has been a big contributor to the Linux Kernel for a long

We benefit from Oracle's work, as they do off our work.

An Oracle distro was clearly coming following Ellison's
comments earlier this year about taken over a RedHat (why when
open source IP is free?).

The more contributors and users the better. RHEL, and other
RHEL distributions like CentOS have the same opportunity to
benefit from Oracle's work as Oracle has from others in the
community. This is the strength of open source:-)
