If they can get the IDE's right....
...they will have quite a system. Dreamweaver is great app, but Flash is pain to write any significant apps in. Adobe before the buy-out was not know for making IDE's & platforms, so it will be interesting to see how they go about doing all this post merger. MS has a big leg up on them with .Net & everything else, but they may have slipped a bit by not supporting prior Windows versions in Avalon. Apollo & Flash as cross-platform delivery systems and with a decent set of IDE's may make a real problem for the MS traditional seat of power: the developer market.
