But still aren't good enough
Most of the issues of which you speak have been fixed in previous revisions of Fedora Core.

Nope otherwise they still wouldn't be an issue. Video resolution does not display properly. PLaying more than one sound does not work properly. Wifi does not work properly. Is there anything on linux that does work properly?

Very true, which is why there is a robust system of official and unofficial code repositories that support Fedora Core.

Unofficial code repositories? You are willing to load untrusted code onto your machines? Good luck with that initiative. Thats a chance most users are not willing to take.

Gnu/Linux is about freedom.

Forcing to give away your application and source code is freedom?

Neither the users nor the companies are about "compelling" you to use the software. You propel yourself to use GNU/Linux or sit still and don't use it.

Um... no. I've read on here multiple times that we must use linux. Problems with the PC? Use linux! Something else go wrong? use linux! Operating system dead? use linux! So yes, people are trying to compel us to use linux. I'm just smart enough not to fall for it.

We do mind if you flame about what's wrong with a specific Gnu/Linux version without having used it extensively. We do mind if you complain about problems largely fixed in modern and current distributions. Of course, one might theorize that you like to annoy people? Not for me to judge.

Sorry but this generalized statement says nothing. The same can be said by the linux community who refues to try any other operating system but still feels compelled to complain about it without trying it. Works both ways. I don't annoy people. What I do is state the many many faults with linux in plain english. Some people aren't willing to accept these faults so they get upset which then leads into a discussion of and promoting of violence. I can't help it if the linux community can only bash/degrade/belittle people who disagree with them. I'm just trying to help them out.
