Referring to Real's claims
of harm from Microsoft, not to the intent by Microsoft. In light of the statements from the article, where is the harm done to Real? The whole basis of the claim is that Real HAS been harmed, not that Microsoft's actions COULD harm Real.

The EU action was taken based on the idea that Microsoft's bundling of WMP into Windows has harmed Real. If Real has been succeeding, as the article states, where's the harm?
