That is a bogus claim.
I'll bet if MS didn't bundle.. Real would then complain that WMP could be downloaded via Windows Update.. which would give Microsoft the unfair advantage is supposedly has.


The question I ask (and havn't gotten an answer) is this:
Windows Media Player was bundled with the OS before Real existed as a company. Why are they only bringing this suit up now? Why did they enter a market where Microsoft's "anti-competitive" actions would harm them, without first attempting to remove these conditions?
