Real Is Staffed with Stupidity
Real is one stupid company. They've shot themselves in the foot a million times over. To list a few, overpriced streaming servers, uneditable file formats, too much spyware, takes over your pc's file formats without asking... This is why they've dropped way down from 90% marketshare. And worst of all, if you call them to complain, they don't even pretend to care.
