Benchmarking is evil...
or at least so says Microsoft if it doesn't show a clear advantage owned by their software. I don't know what I find more amazing...that Microsoft's lawyers think that they can sue someone for publishing legitimate benchmark results that they didn't approve of beforehand, or that they've managed to get some judges to buy into that argument.
