You missed the point
Although the words Pet and Warehouse when used seperately are generic enopugh when combined they reflect the Trademarked name of this pet store. In the course of normal conversation these terms would not normally be combined. The arguement that the phrase is being used to support adevertising competitors products is damaging to the Pets Warehouse company and therefore a valid infringement of trademark laws. The search engines would not have to be modified. The hosts simply could not link advertising to the combined term which seems reasonable enough.
