That depends on culture
Some large corporations prefer to have their own distributions of OS. That means that Linux is their choice arther than Windows on server platform. You will not see that kind of migrations with them. The migrations that you might expect is reuse of mainframe hardware to run Linux instances. Can Windows do that?

Sertver and workstation are run by different rules. Seamless integration is one thing, flexibility and freedom of choice is another. So far distribution of processing is mainly on server platform (for corporate business) - no word on distribution of processing to workstation level yet (CPU on workstation is used only for office documentation tasks and rendering data interactions with application servers).
