"Say i though someday "sound could cure cancer" I patent it without any clue how it will work, that is wrong, maybe I shoudl be able to file and then have 5 yrs to make a working prototype, if not i lose my patent "

and reapplying ever 5 years until someone else invents it, is NOT follow through, that's profiting of someone elses works, kinda like "CyberSquating"

"CyberSquating Patents" needs to be banned
