Scary security concerns
As an information security professional, this scares me, in two ways.

First, our corporate environment is seriously considering disabling USB ports on all desktops, because of the many serious risks they present. They're both a potential malware vector and a *big* data leakage risk (becoming bigger all the time, as storage capacities grow!). It's too easy for anybody, even the cleaning crew, to drop a keylogger through the USB port and pick up the logfile later. Promoting auto-run packages like Notes just popularizes a risky feature.

Second concern would be the risk of using the USB on an insecure system to run Notes. It would be very easy for the Notes content to be compromised by running the client through the USB on an unknown platform.

Ah well, I guess I could thank IBM for added job security...
