How they can do this

legit - ly. If the feds 'dont'' have a charge , then IT COULD NOT BE a fed charge . And would not be under the same heading.

Ya know though if these companies want to charge a fee under the same heading - it would be one of their own namespace. But it wouldn't be something if the Feds hadn't said this was something wich 'WAS - going into the Fed coffer. Example Take the fed charge and put it into 'MY COFFER ..ya know.

Either way cable or DSL. Loads of rural areas cant do cable,or DSL. For the city areas,and urban reaches - for me it seems,either you take DSL,or take cable. For cable you have to have the instation fees and usually have to do a six month minumum service contract. DSL there is not minimum,and of course there isn't any movie channels.

Dont see how someone could confuse getting movie channels with what DSL,or telephone offers. If you want the movies you'll have to go for something that rolls them out. For now nobody has to consider them to be ringing-in.

It interesting to look at the national coverage of what DSL,and cable are doing. It appears though that the dependency is about 'how much money the two are coincedently doling around with. Rather than what they actually offer. Cell phones,cable tv,tv - you think any of them could deal us a hand of video phone. But even as they 'CAN do this,it is beyond the imagination of money think i believe.
