I think Mr. Green ad a harsh reality check. Mr. Green does not own Sun, therefore, while he is entiteled to his professional opinion and expertise, he is not the one to make decsions at that level, the Sun board is and, apparently, he was outvoted there and refused to support the decision taken by the board.
