The RIAA is making a gamble I think they'll lose
The backlash from these lawsuits will endure for
a longtime and they'll end up losing a lot more.
Their main focus should be in helping to establish a market for legal pay sites rather
than going after the consumers. I'm not buying
a single cd ever again unless they change this
'witchhunt' attitude.
