Both are lost to the real world
they live in their hatred of each other, how to destroy each other never taking full view of the leaner meaner competitors with something to offer other than lip service and vapor. Both have their strenths and yet, they have some very strong and overpowering minuses, starting with the figureheads that 'run' them. Minus out those figureheads, maybe the companies could do something other than polarize camps around and away from them. Computing is about computing, not disputing. Bill, Scott, Larry, etc etc, go buy that island nation and nuke it out between yourselves, the world may be better for the one on one vs company on company, IMO.
