If Sun can not turn things around it willl soon get in take over teratory. IBM might just be in the buying mood. They want Java to go open source and buying Sun would do just that.
Maybe IBM could even just offer to take over the Java buisiness. Sun get's enough cash to be able to refocus on other things and IBM would become a very important player indeed. I like em now but IBM also has a track record that doesn't all look nice.
