We did 300 seats.
We replaced Word, Excell, Win 98, Win 2000 but left XP. We changed one department at a time and trained one person in each. It was then their job to train the rest in their departments. It really worked out well. After the first month the calls are lower than when we had a pure MS network. It may not be the Open Office. Training a person in each department I think invested someone besides IT with the pride of a smooth running network.
