AOL lays off US worker and move these jobs to India

CNN Reports that over 300,000 new jobs have been created last month BUT two factors need to be taken into account along side such reports. 1) Are these people making the same or more then they did at their last job? And 2) How many of the laid off workers who were previously receiving unemployment simply just gave up trying to find work and who now don't work and don't receive unemployment? These are the underemployed and the non-employed. The employment and unemployment figures are just two parts to the employment equation and the only ones ever really openly reported and this report only hints at these other two factors.
