The GPL "was always a terrible license that restricted freedom?" Tell me who was twistin' yer arm to USE it? And if you DID use it, tell me exactly what part of it restricted you?

Uh huh, is THAT why the City of Munich is now going ahead with their conversion? Did you miss the point about using GPLv2 or GPLv3 if you wanted? That one does not invalidate the other?
