Then you haven't: I have not needed the command line for the last
17 months. My Grandmother has never even seen
the CLI and yet she has been using Linux since
2000, same with my family. What are you getting
at? What possible point could you even hope to
make with such an inane statement!?

KDE has a very nice GUI and if you want an even
prettier one then there is Gnome. Or you can use
Enlightenment which is another very nice looking
GUI.

The CLI is not required for modern Linux
distros, it's there for power users that like to
be able to get into the guts and tinker or work.
