NOT flawed system

the ONLY reason all you are saying that its a FLAWED system is because YOU DONT have the patents, and you want to use stuff THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAS THE PATENT FOR.

You want to STEAL their idea's, as THEFT is illegal, you want to make THEFT LEGAL, you will can feel all nice and fuzzy WHEN YOU STEAL SOMEONE ELSES IDEA's.

Patents are there FOR A REASON, the system is not broken, IF YOU HELD THE PATENTS, you would NOT SAY its a broken system.

IF YOU EVER WERE SMART ENOUGH to think of something that could be patented. YOU WOULD.

THEN YOUR STORY WOULD CHANGE !!!!..

Changing patent laws WILL NOT HAPPEN.

They are in place to STOP THEFT OF OTHER PEOPLES IDES. as MUCH AS YOU WOULD LIKE to be able to legally STEAL other peoples IDEA's.

ITS AGAINST THE LAW. changing the laws to make YOU feel better and to ALLOW you to STEAL someone elses idea IS BAD.

Makes you look like a bunch of THIEFS, CRIMINALS and LOW LIFES.

IS this the image Open Source and Linux wish to convey..

Its really sad to see the Open Source and Linux people acting in such a POOR ethical manner.

GROW UP, and enter the REAL WORLD..
