Changing Patents is a JOKE
whats the point in believing you have an ICEBURG's chance in HELL of changing patent laws. biggest joke ive ever heard.

how big and important do you think Open Source Software IS in the big scheme of things in the world.
(WE'LL, a tiny bit above ZERO!!!).

You can say "scrap patent laws" and all this rubbish, but

YOUR DREAMING IF YOU THINK YOU WILL ACHIEVE ANYTHING.

Prior Art is a joke. Thinking that you will win cases if you can show "prior art" is childish and nieve to say the very least. (at worst its a massive mistake).

Compare OPEN SOURCE, to the GENETICS industry. Open source IS NOTHING, LESS THAN NOTHING, and you think you will be able to get patent or copyright laws changed ???/

what have you been smoking ???

you have two (2) choices.

1. Face the facts, face up to you patent preaches, pay you dues.

2. Continue to stick you head in the sand, and wait for someone to take you to court, YOU WILL LOSE, with your STUPID concepts of your own importance. you'll be laughed out of court if you try "prior knowledge" to it.
(or try to change the laws).

TELL ME, how many times, have you seen the LAW changed to make it better for one group to prevail over another group.

Dont forget, Linux and Open Source, IS NOTHING, ZERO, in the big scheme of things IMPORTANT in this world.
